• can be owned, measured, and transferred.

If it doesn’t do that, it’s not an asset. It’s effort.

Common avoidance patterns:

• staying in client work because it’s “safe”

• buying more training instead of shipping

• optimizing tools instead of outcomes

• starting new things instead of finishing one
