Welcome to Digital Builder Trials. By purchasing and participating in the Digital Builder Trials program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Program Overview

Digital Builder Trials is a 2-week, execution-only challenge designed to test your ability to build and validate a digital product. This is not a course, coaching program, or guarantee of results.

2. Purchase and Access

Upon purchase, you will receive access to the program via automated email sequence. Payment is non-refundable once access has been granted.

3. Program Structure and Deadlines

The Trials run over a fixed 14-day period with strict deadlines:

  • Day 0 – Setup (7 days)
  • Day 1 – Customer Focus (24 hours)
  • Day 2 – Product Creation (24 hours)
  • Day 3 – Live Landing Page (24 hours)
  • Day 4 – Paid Traffic Signal (72 hours)
  • Day 5 – Decision Day (24 hours)

No extensions, pauses, or deadline modifications will be granted under any circumstances.

4. Evaluation and Pass/Fail Criteria

Each submission is evaluated on a Pass/Fail basis. There is no partial credit. Effort does not matter—only execution does.

You will fail if you:

  • Miss any submission deadline
  • Submit incomplete, draft, or "in progress" work
  • Ignore formatting or submission requirements
  • Change your customer definition mid-Trials
  • Request clarification instead of making decisions

5. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of this product and immediate access upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Failure to complete the Trials
  • Missing deadlines
  • Change of mind
  • Technical difficulties on your end
  • Dissatisfaction with evaluation results

6. Feedback and Support

The Trials are designed to test self-sufficiency. No coaching, feedback, or support is provided. Evaluation results are delivered as PASS or FAIL only, with no detailed explanations.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors result in immediate disqualification without refund:

  • Complaining about rules or deadlines
  • Requesting exceptions or extensions
  • Arguing with evaluation criteria
  • Submitting work in incorrect formats
  • Attempting to negotiate outcomes

8. Intellectual Property

All program materials, including but not limited to instructions, templates, and evaluation criteria, are proprietary and confidential. You may not share, reproduce, or distribute any program materials.

You retain full ownership of any products, content, or materials you create during the Trials.

9. Digital Builders Community Access

Completion of the Trials does not guarantee invitation to the Digital Builders community. Invitations are issued at our sole discretion based on evaluation results.

10. Limitation of Liability

Digital Builder Trials and its operators are not responsible for:

  • Any business outcomes or financial results
  • Third-party platform costs (e.g., Facebook ads, hosting)
  • Technical issues with external services
  • Time invested or opportunity costs
  • Emotional or psychological impacts

Your participation is entirely at your own risk.

11. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees, warranties, or promises regarding:

  • Business success or revenue generation
  • Product viability or market validation
  • Skill development or learning outcomes
  • Future opportunities or invitations

12. Third-Party Services

The Trials may require use of third-party services (e.g., Facebook Ads, landing page builders, payment processors). You are responsible for:

  • All costs associated with these services
  • Compliance with their terms of service
  • Any technical setup or troubleshooting

13. Privacy and Data

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to our collection and use of your data for program administration and evaluation purposes.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Romania.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Digital Builder Trials regarding your participation in the program.
